At Rebel Tan Co., every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide each client with a seamless, luxury experience, please review the following policies before booking. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will also be charge 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times using the original deposit. After the second reschedule, a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. ✨ Mobile Appointment Requirements A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all mobile appointments. Your deposit secures your appointment time & will be applied toward your service total. As a mobile service, please ensure: • A clean, indoor space with enough room for the spray tan tent & equipment. • A nearby electrical outlet. • The appointment address is accurate when booking. ✨ Refund Policy Due to the nature of spray tanning services, all completed services are final & refunds are not provided. If you experience an issue with your tan due to the application itself, please contact me within 24 hours with photos so I can evaluate & when appropriate, offer a complimentary touch-up.
